Tax prep here is terrific. I have no issues there. I'm a repeat customer. So why is my review so low? Because as of this year, you can no longer pay for their services in the office. Instead, you have three very inconvenient options. Option 1: Pay with a check and mail it. Who uses checks in 2025? Option 2: Pay with a money order and mail it.
