Wish I could give no starts... Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow‑through from Vicki Kirby at Wilson, Harris & Company. We provided all of our tax information in January after confirming she would handle our return. After that, communication was extremely poor, with days between emails and no returned phone calls. (I have receipts for everything) We were never informed that our taxes had not been filed. DONT GO HERE & TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Or at least Vicki Kirby! Vicki was the worst tax advisor I have ever had to deal with. I only went cause a friend recommended this place. But the whole situation was terrible. Vicki Kirby was very unprofessional and very rude from the beginning! Absolutly terrible experience and she didnt advise or really help me at all. She actually made things worse. Im warning you now, just go somewhere else or find a different tax advisor at least...

I was told during my in‑person visit that my taxes would be handled once I uploaded my documents. After uploading everything, I reached out to Vicki Kirby multiple times (two emails and a voicemail) and received no response at all. Because of the lack of communication, I ended up having to do my own taxes. I would have appreciated even a brief update so I wasn’t left waiting.
