We came to her with a lot of questions and moving parts, and she helped us navigate through the process of setting up power of attorney for my in-laws and outlining what our next steps might be legally and with finding resources for my father-in-law who has Alzheimer's. Stephanie really knows her stuff! It’s one thing to be generally familiar with estate planning law. It’s something else entirely to know the specifics of special needs law and how trusts must work to avoid causing problems with government benefits, but she has that covered too.
