CASE# 41579637 - called headquarter and filed regarding the situation. The company has removed my review - my car has been in the service dept now for 2.5 weeks because of bad gas at Quick Trip. Diesel was pumped into the tank. Worst communication skills .. does not follow through on call back commitment... constantly having to drag information out of them. Would NOT recommend the service department.
I really enjoyed my purchase experience at WCH! Austin was a great representative!
Salesman Eddie was excellent (5 stars for him). Finance guy was pushing way to hard on Warranty purchases. Made me start thinking I was purchasing an unreliable car with all the problems I would have with the electronics.
