Left the bank that I had banked with for 20 years to move all of my accounts to Wilson and have been very happy with the service. Dakota in the Brentwood office is the best banker I've ever known! He's there when I have a question or a problem, and it's taken care of immediately. None of the "have to call the corporate office" nonsense. You can actually talk to a human being without going through 10 steps with an automated system! Highly recommend Wilson Bank and Dakota.
I did not have a pleasant experience with this branch. The visits involved poor communication, the inability to resolve issues, and a lack of integrity and experience. However, they are good people.
