I love banking with WB&T. However of the three branches I frequent, the Alexandria branch has the absolute worst customer service. I am always met with attitude or treated like a burden. It’s sad that I feel the need to drive a city over just to take care of my banking needs.
My favorite bank and favorite people!
This is by far the worst bank I have ever used. If you ever leave Tennessee or travel abroad, turn away from this bank and NEVER look back. I can not mention the countless times I have been stranded with no access to my money because of this banks completely ridiculous and invasive security measures. I'm telling you. Forget it!
