We were out of the country for a week, while we were gone my debit card was fraudulent charged almost $10,000, however Wilson Bank and Trust recognized this and denied the charges. I cannot thank Wilson Bank enough for taking care of this and protecting us in our absence. Again- thank you !
I love banking with WB&T. However of the three branches I frequent, the Alexandria branch has the absolute worst customer service. I am always met with attitude or treated like a burden. It’s sad that I feel the need to drive a city over just to take care of my banking needs.
