Wilson Bank and Trust will always be my first choice for all my banking needs. They still operate the way a bank should. They actually take the time to contact you. You can build a personal relationship with your banker—something that’s become rare these days. If you have a problem—say, you need a new debit card—you can walk into your branch and walk out with the card you want, fully activated and ready to use. Multiple employees didn't know how to assist me. I found out I was being charged for an account after specifically keeping a minimum balance in that account to avoid being charged any fees. Not only did they refuse to refund all the fees, but the teller initially told me I wasn't being charged while we were both looking at a screen that clearly displayed the charges. I was elevated to a banker who also was not helpful and had to talk to a manager but I think we never connected with the manager. I do not recommend this bank a... read more
