Multiple employees didn't know how to assist me. I found out I was being charged for an account after specifically keeping a minimum balance in that account to avoid being charged any fees. Not only did they refuse to refund all the fees, but the teller initially told me I wasn't being charged while we were both looking at a screen that clearly displayed the charges. When you can't do a name change with a legal document that's a problem. I brought in a marriage license with my new name to change my name on my account they said I had to have a new drivers license. This is not a common practice and is inconvenient.
Wilson Bank & Trust treats me very well regardless of how much money I have in the bank. Great people all at the West End branch where I Bank with wb&t.
