Horrible experience with Daniel Gregory (Branch Manager) and Kelly Mccaleb (Newbie in customer service?). I paid a stop pay fee of $38 but the charge was never stopped. Kelly in customer service failed to give me the choice of a one time stop or indefinite stop, with it not being my field of expertise I didn't think to ask, I should have been given the option. I’ve been banking with Wilson’s for years. I haven’t met any problems until I met Amber at the Lebanon location. Every time over the few occasions I would visit every few months, Amber possessed terribly rude customer service skills and never truly helped me. I would have to seek guidance from the other employees I knew were experienced. However, now I’ve only been able to deal with Amber and I don’t like being rude but let’s just say she is the one and only reason I’m leaving Wilson’s.
