I’ve been banking with Wilson’s for years. I haven’t met any problems until I met Amber at the Lebanon location. Every time over the few occasions I would visit every few months, Amber possessed terribly rude customer service skills and never truly helped me. I would have to seek guidance from the other employees I knew were experienced.
