I've been banking with Wilson Bank and Trust since I was in 3rd grade! I absolutely love this bank and all of their staff members.
My husband & I just moved from Illinois and went in yesterday to open a checking account. We met with Ryan who started out friendly and professional, however, unbeknownst to us we had an apparent “account charge off” at our current bank in Illinois for $97. As soon as Ryan discovered this information he immediately told us he couldn’t help us and handed back our ID’s and proceeded to sit there in silence as he uncomfortably stared at us waiting for us to leave.
