Garbage bank. I trusted them for a mortgage for one of our properties. Ran our credit multiple times with no outcome. Held up our project for 3 months waiting on them to accomplish the most basic of tasks. The amount of money that they cause me waiting is more than I care to think about. Complete amateur bank. Zach Childress has no business working in the banking industry.
We have an acct at Wilson Bank. We only used it for one payment to one card. We canceled the payment from the card, but one last payment went through without us knowing it. It overdrafted because we weren't expecting the payment to go through. They charged an initial $36 fee, which is expected. What is NOT expected is that they then charge you $5 PER DAY that you are over. This happened right around statement time so we didn't find out until the next statement.
