Very professional. I would recommend Jerry and his team.
Personality wise he's great...but as far as communications a big fat ZERO. I have a mail tracker..have sent numerous files to both his company and personal email addresses...they don't open them...left many messages regarding the emails...or even accounting questions...they do not respond to anything...I've gone in to their offices and mention this a couple of times...and despite all assurances...NOTHING. I'm always one to give the benefit of the doubt... but this has been going on since July...my bad for letting it go that ... read more
Always excellent service.
Currently assisting my parents in reporting this firm to their professional body and also making a small claims report for negligence in failing to submit their taxes in sufficient time, resulting in fines from the CRA. Appalling service. To be continued Mr Wilson & Associates.
