This man is ruining the life of my friend and her whole family. Theyve finally got in touch with legal ombudsman to begin an investigation into this man and his practises. Obviously do not recommend at all.

They dont wait around if one of them is on holiday, someone else in the office will pick up the email and respond, Emails are replied to within the hour, Whenever I have asked them to do something, it is done.
