We placed our loved one in a home at Wilshire on 4th in 2023. The staff immediately set out to make them feel like it was their own place. They work with each of their residents to find a schedule that works with the person. They accommodated meals in the room for most of a year. They handle meds and refills when needed. We have had three loved ones cared for by Wilshire during the past 15 years. We have had positive experiences. They have so many events and activities available tailored to the variety of levels. They have everything from devotionals to parties. I have very good communication with management should any issues or concerns arise. Our loved ones have felt safe, comfortable and part of a community, which is what we wish for in an Assisted Living facility.

my father enjoyed his stay at Wishire until his passing. Enjoyed the events, arts and crafts, etc. that the staff put together as well the care team that took care of him.

My grandpa goes here and The lady named Olivia is horrible. She is the worst care taker I have ever met in my life and I do not know how she is certified to work there.My grandpa told me that sometimes he’ll call for her and she will be asleep. This is very unprofessional and I don’t know what I would do if my grandpa was hurt due to the lack of someone not paying attention and neglecting not only my grandpa but everyone there.
