Their attention to detail is exceptional. I had the privilege of touring their new facility, and they truly excel at what they do, with a strong commitment to aesthetics and service. They are at the forefront of pioneering modular building construction.
The service tech who came out to render service was ill prepared to resolve the problem the ticket was called in for. The gentlemen was told the issue was with the AC, when in fact the ticket was for the AC Fan. He did not have a ladder to access the top of the building, nor any parts to troubleshoot the AC Fan. He offered to disconnect the Fan so that it would stop the horrendous sound it was making; however, that would also stop the air from circulating in my office, which was already extremely hot. We called Brandon French asking if he could get us a construction trailer to our site quickly. He contacted his people and got us a trailer delivered quickly and without hassle. It was simple and painless. That's something all of us in teh construction industry look forward to. Its much appreciated for his attention to taking care of us.
Michelle is always so helpful if I ever call or email with questions. If we ever need to have a repair on our trailer she is right on top of things. Working with her is a pleasure.
