I would of given a five star review as per our first meeting. Aaron did 3 consults with me and has completed one trust, but will not return my calls now. I have been trying to reach his office for 3 weeks now. I have left messages, I have left a text and have filled out the contact form. I have got one voicemail message from the legal assistant . They don't seem to answer their phone. At this point I don't know if they're out of business or there is an issue?
I've tried to contact this law firm both through their website and I've left 2 voice mail messages with no response. I guess they don't want or need new clients...
I live in New York and was in the process of selling a home in Wilmington. Aaron and his team made the process totally seamless. I was able to sign/notarize and docusign as I was unable to be in NC. Any questions I had were handled expeditiously and with clarity. Thanks to his team for their professionalism and making my closing go smoothly.
