very dog friendly Great place to learn about dogs and dog sports. There are a variety of members to help you learn about obedience, agility, showing dogs, etc. Classes are held frequently and cover a variety of levels of experience.
Love Beginners Agility Jan and Chris are great instructors at the WKC beginners obedience class. They have limitless patience and use gentle methods in getting reluctant dogs over the equipment. They use food treats as motivators and it is very effective. Much more so than pulling or tugging. My Lab Bridget was a little leery of the teeter, and they were able to turn it into a game, to give her confidence. Great knowledge of dog behavior. They are also proponents of clicker training.
