I had an excellent encounter with Derrick Dailey this a.m. He assisted me with my luggage to the terminal. Excellent service! Very friendly!

Shout out to Christian Coffey! I had to go back and pick up all of our luggage from a flight that was delayed in Charlotte. I had five large pieces of luggage to retrieve and Mr. Coffey was kind enough to get a roller cart and come with me. He rolled it all the way back up so I could pick it up easily with my car. It was not his job to do that and it is very nice when someone is willing to go over and beyond to help out, especially when it’s freezing!
