We scheduled a consultation with Mr. Willy for my immigration case, and after meeting with him, my husband and I decided to continue specifically because we wanted to trust our case to Mr. Willy himself. At no point—neither during the consultation, nor by email, nor during the couple of follow-up phone calls—did anyone inform us that another attorney would actually be handling our case instead.
