Went last week and the staff was OK... bought a couple of cute dresses for not much money.... I haven't tried to return anything so I don' t know about that... overall very good experience.... lots of really cute stuff and the price was right !
They have the worst customer service out of every boutique in Charleston, SC. STAY AWAY. Their merchandise is overpriced and crappy quality. They told me they would take back a romper if the repair did not work because they sold a damaged product. Went back in to return it and they will not accept it. They are not stand up people and they could use a lesson in how to treat their customers. Please support other local boutiques instead of this one.
