I highly recommend WHS for servicing all Nakamichi Cassette Decks. I appreciated that Willy's communication was outstanding through the whole process. I found an RX-505 nearby me and ended up getting a Dragon and Willy serviced them both. Turnaround time was very quick once my spot in line came up and the decks were sent in. You will get a full report of what was done and a small bag of old parts back. I'm now a few months in of listening to both and they're performing 100% as Nakamichi intended.
Excellent and professional service. I got my DR-10 serviced for worn belts etc. and it is in perfect condition now. Picked up the unit sealed, and with full description of the service done, performance verification results, and old parts.
Fantastic service - Willy is one of the last few people who service Nakamichi cassette decks correctly! I was well informed as to how repairs were going, and received a print out of my decks performance upon it's return, which exceeded factory specifications!
