I reached out for assistance regarding a private home sale. I spoke to Joe on the phone and provided the details he requested via email. I never received any follow-up, besides being asked for my phone number which they already had (I then provided it again). This wasn't a problem for me as I quickly moved on to a different office. Just don't expect timely correspondence.
I did a property deal with Joe where it was a pretty complex and unique sale. He did a great job and was very reasonable with charging me. I couldn’t have got it done without him in fact I tried a different lawyer to start and had to come to Joe to sort it out. Also had him update my will and it was as easy as it gets. Highly recommend. 6/5 stars.
