It's an orchard. It would probably be better earlier in the season, but visiting in early October wasn't really worth the price for me. Apples are overpriced in my opinion, and the general store didn't hold several items I was expecting. Pumpkin patch had good quality and variety, worth a visit just to get those. Corn maze and other activities were alright, but most definitely more fun for pretty little kids. Not as much to do for teens or young adults. Our favorite orchard. The donuts and pie and cider are seriously some of the best ever. Make a trip with your family...you won't regret it!
This place used to be cute. Now it is overly focused on being large and has lost its charm. The employees seem stressed out and overworked, and the customers are taking advantage of the situation. Unless you want to deal with Waukee Wine Mom's with personality disorders who are running rampant and out of control, go elsewhere.
