Mom transitioned to Memory Care today, and Dad did not. The staff did such a lovely job of making the transition go as sweetly and as smoothly as possible. They exceeded my expectations! Fantastic teamwork all around. Mom was passing out kleenex to the other ladies after only a couple of hours in her new unit. It is very obvious that she felt safe, and I couldn't be more greatful for the expert care both of my parents received today! Thank you in order of appearance-Nicky, Chelsea, Jennifer and Emily!

We moved Mom there in January and have been overall very happy with the facility, care, and the food. More importantly so has she ! The apartments, the activities, the common areas are all first rate. The staff are visible and caring. All of the residents we have spoken to are very positive about their experience.

I would highly recommend living at The Willows Bend! The Team truly cares for each resident from the daily cares they need to all the fun activities that happen daily and to all the tasty meals! I have been apart of the industry for over 20 years and this community shines from the outside of the community to the inside with compassion, love and smiles!!!!
