I was waiting for quite some time for this therapist to fill out necessary paperwork in order to be accredited by Veteran Affairs so that our sessions could be covered. I had purchased, out of pocket, a book that she told me to get, but then she either didn't get approved or wouldn't complete the proper paperwork, and instead of discussing this with me (the options/limitations at play), she simply told me in the last session we had that she wouldn't see me anymore and had already given my spot away.
