The staff here is amazing. Dawn and her staff have never failed when it's come to taking care of my mom right up until she took her last breath. The facility is always clean and all the staff make it feel like home. My mom loved it here and loved all the staff. If you're looking for a great place for your loved one to land this it.
Wonderful place! Needed to find a facility for my brother quickly. Willowick had an opening, took him in and treated him like family from day one. Great staff from top to bottom that really care. If I have questions, the staff gets answers immediately. Amenities are perfect for my brother, who is a little younger but it's full of sports fans so he fit right in!
