Terrible service. The online system never works so you can't put money into your savings unless you go into the branch, they never answer phones or emails
Very helpful and the staff is so nice they really make you welcome
This is my local credit union & it’s been an absolute God send. Until opening an account with them I’d never had savings. Within my first year I managed to save for a holiday. By the second year I was able to take over my aunts caravan & pay the ground rent outright each year! Now I’m aiming for the stars✨ & for less than £20 a year I’m insured for a fully paid funeral & any savings I have goes to my allocated person & the loan would written off.🚘🏝️🚐
