My mother-in law has been a resident for approximately 5 years. Recently has had an increase in falls. We feel she needs more “ skilled “ care AKA nursing home. The bed was available but we were told it is the policy to notify Willowbrook, in writing, at least 30 days in advance if the resident is to be moved elsewhere. They were verbally made aware.
