My mum is in Willowbray, and I wouldn't have her anywhere else. Mum is completely safe behind closed doors, and has her mobile with her constantly. So if anything untoward happened, she would contact me instantly. However, there is no need. Staff bend over backwards to meet her needs when required. Well worth the five
I worked here as an agency PCA and was treated like absolute garbage by SANDRA another PCA, the way she spoke to me and about me like I wasn’t there was absolutely shocking, avoid this facility!!
My grandmother lives here. She has been here for about 5 years. The staff have been amazing. Especially with all of the Covid drama. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a care home in the Melton region. Just beautiful!
