I am a mother of two who has had one child who went to Willowbrae Timberlea from Age 4 to 11; with his daycare journey ending Summer 2024. He transferred from Willowbrae Burnside where he had childcare from 1 to 4. The care provided to my son was exceptional, beginning to end. My daughter (now 3) is attending Willowbrae Timberlea and she is so fortunate to have had the most amazing Enfant Teachers. We had both our daughter and son go to Willowbrae in Timberlea. Our children were cared for extremely well and we would recommend this daycare to any parent. The staff cared about our children , kept them safe, and provided great feedback each day. Great job to the Willowbrae staff - we know how hard you work on a daily basis as we seen it first hand.
Our son loved his time at Willowbrae, Timberlea. We are sad to be moving & having to leave this wonderful establishment. Dee & Angela have been great support for the parents, students & teachers. Our son has been cared for from all of the staff and everyday feels like he’s the big man on campus. This was the best first experience with a daycare. Even one star is too much for this place . I wouldn’t recommend this ‘daycare’ to my worst enemy. Have a problem , go to the director and it just gets swept. Owner isn’t much help either. My son was recently punched and being name called (thanks to the teacher who told everyone he was fat! That’s some great role models to have eh?) oh but don’t worry they will investigate and somehow throw it back that your kid is the problem!
