I rented from Willow Tree for about two years while stationed in 29 Palms. I was coming out of state and did a quick internet search before a househunting trip and found them. I'm glad I decided to go through them. I chose them over other property managers in the area for their reliability and responsiveness in locating the perfect property during my time there. Find a better realty company. I was tricked out of my (larger than one month's rent) deposit. I was told to "leave the walls" instead of painting them by the realtor Willow, then their maintenance person produced overly-priced receipts for painting the walls. I received copies of the invoices for painting, cleaning, and repairs that were supposed to be from different people or companies yet they all appeared to be made by the same person.
