This nursing home not a cold hospital with patience who take wait 5 to15 min to be waited on. Willow Tree is a real home, with a wonderfully loving staff, that tend to the ladies "at once". They are treated like queens and are given great respect. Some even request to have their hair done! That's no trouble because they consider themselves a family and the staff will go the extra mile to show their ladies perfect care.
