Had a great time at Willow Tree! They have made some beautiful changes inside and out. Very clean and smelled great!
My experience with this place is not very good.
This place deserves zero stars. The other posters must be staff or related to the staff because this place is horrible. It’s filthy, starting with the front door glass early in the morning. The “public” rest rooms are gross and they sometimes let the residents use them. One day I asked an employee to help my friend. She asked, “What kind of help?” The turnover of help here is huge because they don’t pay well. Private pay is $8200/month. Physical therapy is non-existent and the food sucks. Some of the care givers are wonderful. Some don’t want to be interrupted. The administration is terrible! No one is ever there or available. No one returns phone calls. Concerns regarding care are usually addressed, but admin concerns are ignored. Rooms are changing from single to double occupancy which is going to be a challenge with our mother having dementia.
