We love Kindercare Willow Street! Our son has been attending since he was 3 months old. He will be 2 next month and he loves going to school here. We have adored all of his teachers (Ms Samantha and Ms Alexis in the infant room, Ms Alison and Ms Madi in the toddler room and now Ms Krystal and Ms Samantha in discovery preschool) and other staff who float in and out of his classrooms - especially Ms Holly) Directors Michelle and Nonz are warm and professional and always helpful. My boys were only here for a short time but it was a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly, professional and responsible. They post pictures throughout the day and communicate quickly and effectively via the school’s app. We would have loved to stay if we weren’t moving!
My son has been at KinderCare since he was 4 months old and still attending. They have amazing staff and they genuinely care about not only the children but the family as a whole. The staff & Directors are very accommodating so any and all needs your child may have. The teachers post photos daily and it’s so reassuring to see my kiddo is having fun!

Not even sure where to begin. The director Michele Brown is the worst communicator. She simply just does not respond to emails. When I would call it would be the assistant director that would help me. She is really nice. Not sure if it’s just the director or the entire center but they seem disorganized. They would give me a date and forget. I found myself always hounding them for information that they should be the ones to give me. In the end I took my child elsewhere.
