My mama has been living here roughly 2 years now. No matter how hard I've tried, or how many times I've called to get in touch with my mom, none of the staff EVER answer the phone for me to talk to her.
Great new home for elderly and handicapped people.
Sometime have to wait like 25 min for front to return to post and issue key. This place... The way my grandma .......
My Gran likes the place and it seems nice enough.
My mother spent some time at this facility and we had to take her out. The staff never came to check on her or help with her changing. The med cups repeatedly had coffee granules in them with patients meds. The toilet kept running all night.there has been a huge turnover of staff here since it opened and the low quality of care is showing
