My wife and I purchased a table a year ago and the look of the table was great! However, the top of the table had too much stain which makes it sticky and the chairs fell apart after a month... I contacted the owners multiple times and didn't get a return for weeks. After a few promises to help alleviate issues, I never recieved follow-ups and had to sand the table down myself and re-stain the table. The owners were really nice, but the customer service was extremely disappointing
Willow Rust is so cozy, simplistic and intriguing. The associate was very nice and helpful, too! This store offers wooden made, decorative pieces perfect for any home! The wooden flowers are my personal favorite. It's such a unique idea and they're so beautiful! Undoubtedly, we'll return to Willow Rust in the future. I'd also like to add that they've offered to replace one of our flowers we lost, as we finished our stroll through downtown Miamisburg and headed home. This is very kind and thoughtful of them!
The ladies here were extremely knowledgable at their craft and crafted such an amazing kitchen table for us! We were so picky and looking for a year for a table, they nailed it!!!!! I couldnt be more happy with it!! 10/10 would go back again.
Our sons bike was stolen over the summer and he was devistated. The owners of Willow Rust offered to donate a bike to Ethan and we were overwhelmed with gratitude. These are wonderful business owners who bring a lot of beauty and positivity to downtown Miamisburg. Gorgeous shop with beautiful, well made products. Highly recommend.
