The staff are so warm and friendly. The place is small cozy and has most of the same great amenities as larger places. I feel safe knowing my mom is taken care of.
Started out strong and quickly went downhill. Memory Care. Laundry and showers not scheduled. Staff turnover. Staff sleeping at the table when we arrived (more than once). Loved one left in the dark, in a camp chair that he could not get out of alone. And now that he has passed, being charged for unknown charges. They said belongings left in the room. We cleared out the room. Very friendly to get you in, then hard to get answers or get things accomplished. Maribel, the nurse was amazing and was our families go to for answers... read more
