Coming into this building you are always welcomed and feel at home. Staff are always willing to help and present! Activities always has something going on, walking club, funny videos, harp performance, Bingo just to mention a few things I have seen in the last few times I have been there! The facilitys management team is proactive and present and works together with staff as a team! Great care provided to their residents!

I placed a good friend at Willow Pointe (as it was then) in December 2019 and now it's been a long time that he's there. It's worked out very well. My friend gets meals, his laundry gets done, he gets some daily reminders and guidance and yet his independence is still respected as far as possible. He doesn't require nursing care but they do arrange some PT for him via Medicaid. He's happy and healthy and if he's happy, I'm happy :-)

I have been a resident of this facility for two years. I am moving next week as the situation has become intolerable. Unreasonable employee turnover, shortage of staff, and uncaring management necessitated my relocation. I am concerned about the residents who do not have the ability to move on.

I just recently became a member of the team at Cedarhurst. Granted we are shortstaffed, but this is changing. Cedarhurst is under new owners. I have seen the interaction of many of the caregivers and residents and I have seen nothing but care and compassion from staff for these wonderful residents. I think people researching senior living / memory care facilities should take a tour, talk to people there and make their own minds up.
