Clean facility, excellent staff. Residents are always very happy!
So my dad has been here over a year now and for the most part the staff has been ok and friendly but I have noticed a few things that are concerning. Several times I have called a resident would pick up the phone,I have been hung up on when asking to speak with management.I have asked about information about his Dr appointments and little information is given as they don't know much and are not much help.You have to stay on top of them to get things done as calls or text returns are forgotten and you could be waiting for a l... read more
