Alfred was very informed, very interested in my mother’s situation, and displayed a welcoming to us. Other staff around us were friendly. The facility was like a resort. It is maintained very well. The amenities that are included in the room and board are amazing. My mother is 81 and can still live independently but I’m concerned about the time she is alone.
