Beautiful facility and beautiful staff members sad that I'm not longer working there but I recommend for in coming residents and staff member gooo!!! Willow keep up the good work!
Not a great place to work with management and nurse they have in place. Too many times I have heard them make rude comments about residents and families and get in arguments with the residents. No class whatsoever. Look elsewhere
As I approach one year since my father passed, i think often of Willow Lane and the wonderful care he got there, and the love he felt from all the staff. I am still appreciative of all that was done for him and us as we all where dealing with covid, he truly was part of a loving family, even when we his real family couldn't have contact with him. Thank you all so much. Son Joe Have heard place was sold. Most employees have quit. Because for the new owners, it's all about profit, not the residents' needs. Be careful.
We chose Willow Lane for my mother Louise when she was 91 because Willow Lane was a place she could, and did call Home, for nearly 2 years until her recent passing. Upon arrival My mother quickly developed meaningful relationships & friendships with residents as well as staff members. The care given my mother by the Willow Lane staff was exceptional, professional, and the communication was very timely.
