Great place to meet other people Have alot to offer for everyone.great staff. They have a great rating.if your looking for a place to retire this is the best place to go.
I suspect many such retirement homes are fairly equal in quality, but this one isn't just a warehouse for old folks. There is a lot to do, but for me, I enjoy the landscaped grounds and sidewalks to go for walks and get away from it all.
I have lived here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say that I am so happy that I was able to call Holiday South Hill my home. This facility is nestled in beautiful forest at grounds. The view from my apartment is stunning all year round, and the grounds are very carefully maintained. The management has been very helpful and is very concerned about each and every resident and their needs. Watch out with this place! Moved out on January 24th. Gave the appropriate notice that I was moving. They then charged me for February’s rent. Made several calls to them for a refund. Never returned my call. Had to contact my bank to take care of it. Still no return call from them or an apology from management for the inconvience of taking $2500.00 from me. March comes around and they have done it again, another $2500.00! Horrible service and shame on the management team for this. I hope they will fix their process for futur... read more
