For the most part these new townhomes are great. Management has been solid and our maintenance requests are fixed quickly. 2 gripes with this place. 1 the kitchen counter space is nearly non-existent, 2 there is still tons of construction going on across the street for a new apartment complex and likely will be for another year. Once the construction is over this will be a five star.
