If I could give this facility 0 stars, I would. The owner is not concerned about his residents, he hires incompetent employees, and does not return or reply to phone calls, letters or emails. One Certified Nursing Assistant (sometimes the employee is not certified ), on a shift is expected to care for all of the resident's needs, as well as clean and cook. The meals are not well planned or nutritious. My 84 year old mother unfortunately lived at Willow Creek until I was able to move her to Amie Holt. My mother was mistreated... read more
