We just tried the Oat and Apple muffin mix. Easy to make but the flavor was seriously lacking. You couldn’t even tell it was apple and just tasted bland and flat. At least we got this as a gift to try. Don’t waste your money.
Received some of their Buttermilk Pancake Mix in a gift basket and it was delicious!
Have tried several flavors of the bread and muffin mixes. They all taste the same. No flavor and taste more like cornbread. I wonder if they pick one of the shelf, make it and try them their self. I try to buy local and had high hopes. Disappointed.
Is fine if wanting the usual starch closer to hash browns. After doctoring it up with adding more water to make them thinner and adding salt, pepper & onion powder then it was closer to real potato pancakes.
