My wife and I have lived here for almost three years now. We moved here from the Twin Cities and have been very happy with our choice. The building is well-kept, the units have great floor plans, the people living here are really friendly and our views onto the green bluffs are marvelous. Winona is a wonderful place to live.
My wife and I love living here! (I think it deserves many more than 5 stars.) Apartments are spacious, very affordable, and include many wonderful amenities. The warm and welcoming residents have become our good friends and neighbors. We're grateful we got on their waiting list early, long before our planned move; I'd urge you to the same. (The small deposit is fully refundable at any time.) In a "Cooperative" you buy your apartment, making you a part-owner of the building. I love living at Willow Brook! If I could give it a 10 star rating I would. The floor plans are spacious, the construction quality is excellent, and the location is the perfect mix of urban convenience and rural scenery. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and Winona has so much to offer with summer festivals, music everywhere, state parks, Amtrak service, and the Mississippi River! Check it out… it’s a wonderful place to live!!
