My wife and I love living here! (I think it deserves many more than 5 stars.) Apartments are spacious, very affordable, and include many wonderful amenities. The warm and welcoming residents have become our good friends and neighbors. We're grateful we got on their waiting list early, long before our planned move; I'd urge you to the same. I love living at Willow Brook! If I could give it a 10 star rating I would. The floor plans are spacious, the construction quality is excellent, and the location is the perfect mix of urban convenience and rural scenery. The residents are friendly and welcoming, and Winona has so much to offer with summer festivals, music everywhere, state parks, Amtrak service, and the Mississippi River! Check it out… it’s a wonderful place to live!!
