After losing my younger brother I helped my mother find an attorney because she was a mess. Unfortunately we chose Marcus Willoughby. In the beginning he gave the whole spill that he was going make sure that the parties involved we're going to pay for the huge mistake that they had made. The max amount for medical malpractice is minimal even when someone loses their life because of a huge mistake.
