Very kind and knowledgeable people. They take the time to talk through everything with you. They do a great job with our taxes and investments.
Joel (and Lynn) have done our taxes for a few years now and they are so good. We save more money and he usually advises us how to invest to be able to get more back. We tried the stop in places, and doing it myself but I won't go anywhere else anymore.
By far the absolute worst tax preparer I've been to in over 30 years of being self employed. All of the personal interactions with anyone employed here were horrendous. Then to top everything off I was dropped by them with no explanation or warning and no confrontation on my part. The only positive thing that came out of my experience with them wad by dropping me i wad forced to go elsewhere. So thank you for that.
Very Poor Communication. There was nothing top notch about this place. If I could have left a zero rating I would have. They were under strict instructions to call only.
