RecommendedAlex and Theresa and their entire staff did an amazing job with my estate sale last weekend. They communicated upfront what to expect as far as expenses, fees and their commission. The results were awesome and I had a lot of stuff to organize and price. They are among the best in the Twin Cities at what they do if not the best! I cannot sing their praises enough to someone who wants to use them to conduct or just wants to attend their estate sales.
My best friend and I love Willmatt estate sales! We hit them 1st every Saturday they have them.
I LOVE their sales! They are clean, well organized and it is easy to find someone if you need help! Most of all, they do their research. The prices are fair and affordable. I am always amazed how little product is left at the end of their sales! They even service St. Cloud! And I consistantly drive to their sales in the Twin Cities!
If I had an estate- which I am working on- I wouldn't want anyone else to take care of the Sale. Alex and Theresa are knowledgeable, approachable, and very professional.
