The WORST music store in Louisville. Took over 4 months to get a refund on a layaway they lost 3x. Claimed I never paid any money, even tho I had receipts. They also have a tendency to blame their incompetency on the customer. This is typical of their operation. Since we first started dealing with Willis Music, weve purchased 5 guitars, a banjo and a ukulele. The instruments sold themselves, but what keeps us coming back is the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the people weve dealt with. Mike and Justin are two of the finest people weve ever met. No pressure, very informative and extremely helpful. Weve visited the new music store that recently opened in Louisville, and they do have a wide variety of instruments, and the prices were comparable, but we didnt get the fee... read more

Decent selection of quality instruments. Occaisionally you find a really good deal on a closeout item. Kind of a full retail price store, but I give them marks for good selection.
