Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment! You’ll be waiting forever, while countless people who come in well after you will get called back to be seen! Beyond ridiculous.
They literally lost my lab sample.
Not a good place to go to, receptionist couldn’t find my paper work that I took forever to fill out due to my hand injury. And required that I fill it out again due to her error. Then the physician was really rude and was very insensitive about my injury and was really rough. I really had the worst experience here. I will try to avoid this place again at all cost! The case Manager was great. But the experience I had today was very uncaring and unconcerning.
These people were the most uncaring unprofessional people I have ever seen. They laughed about an work related injury that I received. I’m glad that I could be the brunt of your joke. Nurses and Doctor also!
I use to go to work kare on greenwood road i am a CDL driver everytime I went there my blood pressure spiked but when i started going to the bert kouns location where they have a very nice atmosphere the nurses there are nice and kind it really helped me out a lot .
