SUCH A LONG WAIT. Oh my goodness.
If i could put 0 stars I would. So i’ll give my 1 star to the nurse. The nurse was so sweet my first visit. The front office staff needs a reset. The lady at the right window is very rude. Do not ask any sort of questions or try to lift her with kindness, because she doesn’t care at all. Slamming windows, combative, and has the biggest attitude. While waiting for several hours with pneumonia symptoms, I gave the front deck a left of my symptoms. I could literally hear them making fun of me saying I “be doing too much” by listing more than one symptom. I went back up there to say. “I’m sorry if I have too much information. I just want it communicated to the doctors that these same symptoms have not changed in two days.” She smiled and said “we got it thanks.” And started laughing with her coworker and mocking “oh so sorry so sorry.” It was humiliating.
