While waiting for several hours with pneumonia symptoms, I gave the front deck a left of my symptoms. I could literally hear them making fun of me saying I “be doing too much” by listing more than one symptom. I went back up there to say. “I’m sorry if I have too much information. I just want it communicated to the doctors that these same symptoms have not changed in two days.” She smiled and said “we got it thanks.” And started laughing with her coworker and mocking “oh so sorry so sorry.” It was humiliating. There was a wait, but there were patients in the back. I had a very good experience with the staff and care.
I was taken care efficiently and with kindness.
They ought to be ashamed of themselves to even call this a work place let alone a work kare...it shouldn't take 3 hours for a drug screen especially when you have an appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody..They were more concerned about their lunch break than the customer's,I can say so much more that's just how terrible this place is. And they made me give them one star by the way. If it were up to me they wouldn't have gotten that
No point in the appointment time here. Place was empty and you still wait for an hour or more. Instances like this are why I moved all my Drs to Schumpert or Oschers
