My mom has been in WCC since February 2023. She is still at the WCC and is enjoying caring staff. The building is one floor and old, but the staff is good and caring which is what elderly need. Thank you for your hard and caring work. Mom is well looked after when I am not with her.
This care centre is in a very old building however the staff decorates it very well on all occasions to make it as homey as possible. The minute you walk into the place there are the offices and nurse station and you are greeted with friendly staff. The residence are all on one floor including all in one dining room. No matter what mental level your family member has they are mixed with all levels. I like this because my mom has dimentia and she’s not stuck in a dimentia section, but mixed with others that are a better mind ... read more

Although the care home building is a bit old but I really appreciate all the staffs there. I am glad that my mom got good caring! Thank you!
